We have a ‘Check in CBR’ QR code for Canberra Dental Care

We are asking everyone who attends the practice to scan the code. At Canberra Dental Care we are committed to helping the ACT Government with contact tracing. This is part of the new normal at most businesses.

We ask all visitors to download the ‘Check in CBR’ app before attending and ‘Check in’ once they arrive. We know that some people don’t have smart phones. The paper sign in is still available.

We remind you that even if you haven’t been to Sydney that you take the ongoing risk seriously. We remind you that if you have any of symptoms such as a fever, sore throat, breathlessness, cough or fatigue please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This also includes if you have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19. It is vital that we stop the spread and ask you to take your part in this seriously.
